The moment one decides to buy a laptop, it takes a little bit of research and other reviews as well as reading thorough recommendations from other people. I’ve scoured a lot of online sites selling laptops at a bargain price. Furthermore, you have to make sure they are legit sellers. Alas! I’ve found one on eBay. Out of the many items the seller offers, I’ve picked one that is within my budget.
I’ve chosen this HP Pavilion dv6 laptop for its qualities and what it offers. For people who are very particular with fast easy computer experience, this is for you!
This is a lightweight easy to carry laptop. It can withstand long hours of usage and can accomodate large files too. Read below and have your say.
The laptop box is made of an eco-friendly material. The box, the laptop support, it is recycled. One thing you’d also notice is the box’s font. HP has the HP font or the Harry Potter-ish font. You’ll find the specs on the side of the box.
Laptop’s specs (on the box cover) include:

It’s got a glossy and sleek aluminum-like finish on the outside with an embossed design. Argento is what it’s called.
The HP sign lights up upon turning the power on. Power button’s located at the upper left side, pretty cute, it lights up when it is on.
What I love about it is the keyboard. It is very well-spaced, almost like the ones on Macbook except that it does not light up. On the contrary, the caps lock key lights up when activated.
Trackpad? Just about perfect with an option whether to activate it or not. Tap the upper left side twice and its deactivated; you would know because a red light pops up. The bottom left and right click is incorporated underneath it so the outside is pretty much smooth on the surface.
Widely known as the entertainment notebook PC, this laptop offers you the best featues. LED display with Altec Lansing Speakers empowered by Dolby advanced audio surely this would give you the best entertainment experience.
Vivid colors on the monitor, one can easily change it’s brightness with a touch of a button. It offers quick keys for any basic operation so it is quite easy to use. At the left side of the keyboard, it has shortcut keys for calculator, printer, web, etc.
One of its prime features is the fingerprint reader, you can either choose to log in via password or the latter. I should say, the reader is nifty and nice. Kudos to whoever thought of that. Swipe the enrolled finger just above that Windows 7 sticker and voila!
It also has HP True Vision webcam plus an integrated digital microphone which makes it ideal for video call and other purposes.
Pros: It offers you the best there is at an affordable price.
Cons: The monitor is a bit shiny; makes it reflect too much especially in broad daylight.
